last exam ... ever!

Took my last exam yesterday. Although it was horrible (the questions where like, create your own theoretical framework; ok, I'll just whip that out in an hour), it's done. If I passed then it is the last exam I have to take for school. I guess I shouldn't say last exam ever since there is always something else. Oh, like my Swedish drivers test ... annoying.

I guess what I wanted to say was, this year went really, really fast. It's amazing how that happens. Now all I have left is a project that will be done by the end of May and then to write my thesis. Better get to work ...

The sun is out and things have been going well. Went up to Norway to ski for a long weekend and now I'm back at studying again for my final exam on Tuesday. No big projects here, but I have been thinking about painting .. Hummm ...

another week

Today we had our first seminar on writing our thesis. This program has just gone so quick, can’t believe that my last exam is in a week and that I’m starting my Master’s thesis already. Caroline and I just need to figure out the topic ... No big deal right :)

Most of this week is just studying. I spent some quality time in the library today, a bit boring but I get more done there. On Friday morning we’re driving up to Skovde for the weekend to hang-out and go to grandma’s birthday party.

It’s light here all the time now. Doesn’t get dark until after 9 and it light way before Sven or I get up ... So weird. Well tomorrow is laundry day so I better get that all sorted before Desperate Housewives starts.

winter almost over

Our winter is almost over here. Well at least the Swedes think it's over. For some reason today I was walking down the street thinking "You know you're a Swede when ... it's 50 degrees and you think it's warm", "You know you're a Swede when ... just because the snow melts and it's sunny you sit outside to drink your coffee" ...

On the school front, I finished my third and hardest course last week. Then the same day started my fourth and last course.

Sven and I have had the chance to get up to Norway to ski about once a month all winter which has been wonderful. Now that it's spring we can also get out a bit more and went on our first bike ride of the season last week ... The coast line here in Göteborg is just beautiful.
